7 Easy Steps Admission Process of Caramel Play School:

• Schedule a Visit:

The first step in the admission process is to schedule a visit to Caramel Play School. You can do this by contacting our admissions team and arranging a convenient time for a tour of our campus. During your visit, you’ll have the opportunity to meet with our educators, explore our classrooms, and get a feel for the vibrant learning environment we offer.

• Meet with Teachers and Visit the Classrooms:

Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by our friendly staff who will guide you through the campus. You’ll have the chance to engage with our teachers, discuss our educational philosophy and curriculum, and ask any questions you may have. You’ll also get to visit our classrooms, where you can see our teaching methods in action and observe the dynamic interactions between students and teachers.

• Receive Admission Form:

At the end of your visit, you’ll receive an admission form tailored to your child’s program (Toddler, Nursery, or Kindergarten). This form will contain all the necessary information required for enrollment.

• Submit Completed form with Documents:

Once you’ve had the chance to review and fill out the admission form, you’ll need to gather all the necessary documents required for enrollment. Following documents are required:

• Photocopy of Student’s Birth Certificate.
• Photocopy of Samagra ID.
• Photocopy of Student’s Aadhaar Card.
• Photocopy of Aadhar card of parents.
• 3 Passport size photographs of the student.
• Caste Certificate (if applicable).
• The admission form must also be completed and duly signed by both Parents. It contains information which will assist you in your relationship with the school.

Once you have everything in order, you can submit the completed admission form along with the required documents to our office.

• Payment of Fees:

Upon submission of the admission form and documents, you’ll be required to pay the applicable admission fees. Our administrative staff will provide you with details regarding the fee structure and payment options. Once the fees have been paid, your child’s enrollment process will be underway.

• Admission Review and Acceptance:

After your application has been submitted, our admissions committee will review your child’s application. You’ll be notified of the status of your child’s admission within a specified timeframe. If your child’s application is accepted, you’ll receive a formal acceptance letter welcoming them to Caramel Play School.

• Welcome to Caramel Play School:

Congratulations! Upon acceptance, your child officially becomes a part of the Caramel Play School. You’ll receive information regarding your child’s start date, orientation, and other important details to help prepare for their first day.
